How to submit a new technical support case online

1. Click anywhere on the technician to open a new case by email. 

2. Include the following information: 
Click here to submit your case online.
    Your first and last name.

    A
brief description of the issue.
        (
i.e. My printer won’t print out forms!)
 
 
   
How/where/when to reach you. 
        (i.e. Call me at 813.XXX.XXXX after 2:00 p.m.)

    Who should contact instead or in addition, if needed.

    Severity of issue (critical, medium, low priority, etc.) 

3. Send the email.

4. You will receive an email with a new case number.

Thank you!  We will start working on your case right away
