Company Expands Leadership Team as Offerings and Market Share Grow

Digital Hands, a leading cybersecurity managed services company that specializes in safeguarding mid-tier and large enterprises, announced today the addition of two seasoned executives to the expanding leadership team. This move is part of a significant investment in talent and expertise as the company expands its offerings and market presence and is on the heels of hiring Myrna Soto, former Global CISO of Comcast as its COO. Charlotte Kibert has joined the company as the Vice President of Customer Success and John Salmon has joined as the Vice President of Sales, both reporting to Soto.

Charlotte Kibert’s extensive experience in customer success related roles has spanned over 21 years of experience in technology services centered around service delivery, channel development, and product management positions. She has held previous executive positions with Concertium, Ausra Group, Vology and Vital Network Services and has been responsible for partner management and channel relationships with such companies as IBM, AT&T, Centurylink, World Wide Technologies, Cisco, Microsoft, and Tech Data. In her previous roles, she consulted with clients to create Security Policy, Acceptable Use, Change, and Governance processes and roadmaps as well as managed Security Operations service implementations.

As the Vice President of Sales, John Salmon will lead sales and market development for the company’s expanded offerings. Salmon brings extensive experience in cyber security managed services. John was an original member of the Trustwave team in 2002 and, under his leadership as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, developed and executed the company’s go-to-market sales strategy that grew revenue from $4 million to several hundred million annually. Additionally, Salmon was instrumental in identifying real-time market needs and working with product management to produce over 15 new services that supported geographically and vertically diversified enterprise clients.

“Adding Kibert and Salmon to our leadership team is part of an ongoing accelerated strategy for helping enterprise customers with their struggle for talent and for timely solutions to deal with the ever-changing threat landscape,” said Charlotte Baker, CEO of Digital Hands. “These dynamic leaders have a passion for building solutions and as we expand our offerings they will be a critical combination for ongoing customer success and the expansion of our managed security services.”

“It is an extremely exciting time at Digital Hands and we are thrilled to have these two Technology and Security veterans join our leadership team. Charlotte Kibert’s commitment to customer advocacy and proven customer-centric fulfillment will be essential to our continued growth and expanded reach in the market place. John brings over a decade of sales experience in the MSSP market with exponential growth and revenue expansion. We look forward to having these two leaders contribute to the company’s next phase in our growth trajectory,” said Myrna Soto, COO of Digital Hands.
